Best Wineries for Proposals in Sonoma

I have written up proposal spots for Healdsburg and Napa Valley, and decided it was time to add Sonoma to the mix! So, here is a list of Best Wineries for Proposals in Sonoma!

Roche Winery

Roche is such a hidden gem! They have a wonderful open air patio with a great view of their vineyards, and such a relaxed atmosphere. Call ahead to set up a proposal experience - arrive for your tasting, and then walk out in to the vineyards for a quiet moment alone.

Cline Cellars

While this winery does have beautiful vineyards, what I love more is the landscape on property. Ponds, walkways with trees, and recently, they have added cabanas so you can have a more intimate tasting experience.

Viansa Winery

Looking for a view of the valley? Viansa is at the top of the “hill” and their have overlook “huts” you can rent for your tasting that make you feel like you are right on top of the views! They also have a spot at the end of a quiet walkway, where the trees part and you can see the view as well.

Cornerstone Sonoma

I know this isn’t technically a winery with a vineyard, but this location is beautiful and has such incredible gardens, a pond, and fun shops. Sometimes there are even events like music and such. If you take a look on a map, you’ll see that most of the places I have mentioned here are on the same stretch of road. So even if you don’t choose to propose here, it could be a fun stop along the way for lunch, or just to enjoy the ambiance!
