Barndiva Elopement in Healdsburg
When I met Casey and Jeremiah for their engagement session in the Marin Headlands, I could tell we were going to have blast at their Barndiva Elopement in Healdsburg. They are both so down to earth and funny!
I started with getting ready shots at a home in Alexander Valley that Casey’s family rented, and wow…the views were incredible! It was a family affair with her little nieces getting ready, and Casey was calm and beaming! It was also the first time I got to work with from Two 4 Tea Wedding Films and guys- if you are looking for a videographer, he is my #1 recommendation!
The bride gifted her parents a keychain and a necklace that had the coordinates to her childhood home on it, such a sweet and well thought out gift!
Then we headed to Barndiva for the ceremony, and I couldn’t get over how literally MAGICAL the space looked. The light, the twinkle lights in the trees, and the gorgeous florals. Also, one of my favorite things about Barndiva’s event space (I know, it’s silly) are their chairs! They are so unique and so elegant!
I loved the intimate setting and set up for this elopement- it felt so peaceful!
They had the ceremony live streamed for family who couldn’t attend, and Ross from Two 4 Tea set it up seamlessly. I loved that because of the smaller scale wedding, the bride and groom actually had time to chat with their live stream guests in real time, and it was emotional watching each face pop up on the screen and the JOY that filled Casey and Jeremiah’s faces when they realized just how many people showed up to support them!
We grabbed the last ounce of light walking down the block a bit for some intimate couple shots near Healdsburg Square, and then headed back to enjoy dinner, toasts and dancing. One of my favorite moments was when the bride played the song her parents danced to at their wedding- and halfway through, their Granddaughter ran up and joined them!
