Wedding at Chateau St. Jean | Kenwood, California

David + Lisa’s wedding at Chateau St. Jean was so fun and meaningful!

When I chatted with them at their initial consult, I asked them how they decided on their venue. Lisa told me about going there years ago with her family for a birthday celebration, and how she instantly fell in love with the gardens, the expansive lawn and the gorgeous Chateau. She vowed that when she got engaged, she would say her vows there. Thankfully, David was on board!

These two met at Spring Training ( as a big Giants fan myself, I can appreciate that!). Their love for sports and travel (they decided to go big and head to Madagascar for their honeymoon-how cool is that?!) bonded them and it was such an honor to listen to their funny, yet heartfelt vows to each other about how they connected and how much they continue to share those bonds.

Lisa asked to do a First Look with both her Dad and David, and hers with her Dad made ME tear up! It is always so sweet to see how parents adore their children.

The last part of the evening was also a hit- they hired a live band and they KILLED it! It’s always such a kick to watch everyone get on the dance floor and have a blast!
