Wedding at Carneros Resort

When I met Frank + Carli in SF for their engagement session, and we ended the night with an amazing sunset AND I got to hear Frank’s Tesla fart (yep, you read that right!) I knew their wedding at Carneros Resort would be a blast- and I was right!

Carli was getting ready in an incredible house on the property, and I was in awe from the moment I arrived! It was so sweet, Carli got all her girls together and had a little speech about how much they each meant to her.

And then as we were leaving, I grabbed Carli for 30 seconds before we headed to the First Look. There was an area in front of the house I had been eyeing from the moment I arrived- and 30 seconds was all it took to grab one of my favorite shots of the day!

Also, can we take a minute to chat about the bridesmaids wearing white?! Carli saw the look on Pinterest and fell in love- and so did I! Everyone looked so classy and fun together! The white florals just added the perfect touch.

Carneros has an incredible ceremony lawn, as you can see- and the backdrop…WOW! Carli’s Dad’s childhood best friend married them, and it’s always so funny and touching when you have a family friend who knows you so well, marry you.

A sweet detail that was also quite the labor of love, was the mini flower vase place cards! I really enjoy seeing how creative people get with their favors :)

The weather was slightly overcast all day, which meant that while we didn’t get an official sunset, the sky was perfect for so long!

At the end of the night, the ultimate surprise was when the bride, groom, and her Dad did a choreographed dance to a tiktok song, and then confetti cannons erupted- it was SO FUN!

And wouldn’t you know, it started to drizzle as I was packing up my car to head home, and POURED on my way home- so glad it waited until the party was over!
